Faculties
The core strength of STG is its team of highly qualified and experienced faculty whose sincere efforts help in transforming the students into professionals par excellence. Our faculties possess both teaching as well as industrial experience .Most of our faculties have prior teaching experience in government institutions. The Faculties do not merely concentrate on classroom education but provide hands on experience in their respective trades as in Industries.
Workshops:
STG has well established infrastructural facilities .The workshops are equipped with all necessary machinery and tools with proper safety measures taken into consideration.
The Welding workshop has around 25 welding booths. The welding workshop has been constructed with all safety measures taken into consideration. All tools and accessories necessary for welding are available. Necessary steps have been made to ensure safety of students. In addition we have a store to keep the tools and training aids.
The Fabrication shop for training pipe & structural fabricators covers an area of 200 sq. meters with all machinery and equipments ( lathes , drilling machines , pedestal grinders, gas cutting blow pipes , angle grinders , pug cutting machines , work tables with bench vices) connected with power source of 16 KW and power generator of 100 KVA . We have covered fabrication shed of size 80 m x 15 m x 9 m clear height having adequate lighting and power connections installed with high safety standards. In addition to this, we have a yard to store pipe and structural steel materials to work safely as per client requirements.
The HVAC practical lab for training technicians / engineers covers an area of 80 sq. meters with all machinery and equipments ( packaged / split / centralized / duct able split type air conditioning system , air washer / dry ventilation system , pressurized ventilation system with supply air fans , ducting exhaust fans and gravity dampers , forced ventilation system , air handling unit , chilled water plant , fan coil unit ) connected with power source of 10 KW and power generator of 100 KVA . We have covered practical lab having a size of 20 m x 8 m x 5 m clear height well managed with adequate lighting and power connections installed with high safety standards. In addition to this, we have a store room with metal racks to keep tools and training aids to work safely as per client’s requirements.
INFRASTRUCTURE:
STG has spacious and well furnished classrooms and fully equipped workshops. In Addition we have all the necessary facilities for conducting Interviews and Trade tests for Overseas Recruitments:-
